Description

WHY LEADERSHIP ACADEMY?

There is a natural and exceedingly difficult transition that occurs as an individual is promoted into a new management position. Receiving such a promotion is a reason for celebration. Yet, even before the celebration has finished many newly promoted managers/supervisors find themselves in trouble. The new job seems unbelievably complicated and they feel themselves sinking fast. Your new position requires a new toolkit. The InitiativeOne Leadership Academy provides the new toolkit. During the Leadership Academy, leaders unpack the old toolkit and rearm with new tools and concepts that equip new middle-managers for success. The methods that we use have been tried, tested, and refined over the eighteen years that our company has been helping and mentoring leaders. It emphasizes practical lessons that will help the new manager succeed immediately, or in worst case scenario, recover before the new experience becomes a disaster for both the individual and the organization.
